Tool Villages - BB-Codes, which is available here, simplificates creation of list of villages of given player in BB-Codes.

To the form window paste the list of villages directly copied from the game:

Any alteration of input data is not needed.
Result

Then You can choose additional formatting of the list. You can considerate the ordinal numbers and/or number of village points.

Finally choose Encode to receive the BB-Code village list (here with both formatting options checked):

The list is ready to paste it into internal forums and private messages.
